Community Development
The Assistant City Administrator administers the City's land use controls, enforces zoning ordinances, reviews development proposals, and maintains the City's Comprehensive Plan. Also, this position provides analytical review of land use applications for the Planning Commission, City Council, and interface with other governmental agencies. In addition, the Assistant City Administrator works closely with the City Clerk related to community development, licenses and elections.
