Community ServicesOsseo is a member city of Northwest Hennepin Human Services Council via a Joint Powers Agreement among cities in northwest Hennepin County for research, planning, and coordination of human services that make a difference in the lives of area residents. Cities MatterCities Matter is a campaign designed to raise awareness of city services and their direct contribution to Minnesota's quality of life, and to help citizens understand how truly important cities are in their daily lives.
